If your booking was made in one of our going places stores then you will need to visit a store to make any changes to your holiday.
If you would like to amend your online booking, add or remove any holiday extras or just want some information about your holiday booking then please contact our Customer Services team who can assist you.
Pre-Travel Services are open:
Mon-Sat: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Closed: Sundays
Please note that only the named lead passenger can make any changes to an existing booking
